On Monday morning deputies were called to her home, 368 Baldwyn Drive, by a tipster. When deputies arrived they found a large marijuana grow in a fenced area behind the home. Deputies contacted the occupant of the home, who admitted growing the weed and said it was a documented legal grow, according to the release.
“Deputies reviewed the paperwork and determined it was not valid,” the sheriff’s office said.
Deputies exited the yard and secured a search warrant on the property.
The backyard grow had 57 plants, worth and estimated $171,000, the sheriff’s office said. Deputies also discovered equipment and evidence of a butane hash oil operation.
Luck was booked into the Pueblo County Jail.
